我是常善媚,目前擔任國立清華大學清華學院學士班助理教授,專長於問題網路使用、遊戲動機、青少年心理健康與數位行為研究。我的研究結合教育、心理與精神衛生護理專業背景,透過縱貫追蹤、眼動追蹤、問卷調查與質性訪談等方法,探討網路事件與線上遊戲對青少年的壓力、憂鬱、自傷與社交互動的影響。特別關注高風險使用者的成因與特徵,致力於發展預防與介入策略。曾發表於 Computers in Human Behavior、Computers & Education等國際期刊,研究歷程並獲得國科會研究計畫支持。歡迎對網路使用行為、心理健康與教育科技議題有興趣的夥伴交流合作。
